Scott Hendler

Scott Hendler is a Deputy General Counsel responsible for legal, compliance, regulatory, and transactional matters. Prior to joining Viking in 2017, Scott was a Legal and Compliance Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Scott received a J.D. from the New York University School of Law, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a B.A. in economics, summa cum laude, from Binghamton University.
