We source and manage the firm’s investor partnerships. We provide current and prospective investors with a clear explanation of the principles and processes that guide Viking and share insights through ongoing reporting, communications, and due diligence meetings.

We provide strategic legal, compliance, regulatory, and tax counsel to our teams to ensure we protect the interests of our investors and manage any risks to our firm. We also manage our business continuity planning.

We oversee the preparation of books, records, and tax filings and manage financial reporting across our firm and funds. We also execute the post-trade life cycle for public and private market investing strategies, coordinating closely with our trading and treasury teams as well as external counterparties.

Our development team builds proprietary software and integrates third-party systems to provide a comprehensive platform for the firm. Our infrastructure team provides critical technology support and a robust information security program.

Our human resources team builds a strong firm by finding talented people to join us. Once they are here, we strive to create an employee experience that helps Vikings perform their best. Our office management team focuses on the day-to-day maintenance of our global offices and executes firm-wide events.

We support employees in their efforts to learn about philanthropy and make a difference in our communities. We do this by offering educational opportunities, volunteer events, and a grantmaking program focused on supporting early childhood programs.

We support Viking teams by ensuring efficient and effective communication, coordinating meetings, organizing global travel, and acting as the point of contact for investors, partners, and vendors.
