Katerina Novak

Katerina Novak is Deputy General Counsel responsible for legal, compliance, regulatory, and transactional matters and works for the private investments team. Prior to joining Viking in 2016, Katerina was an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters. Katerina received a J.D from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. in English literature from the University of Virginia.
